YAE&YL1 mainline is a full automation production line including 6 vehicles on 2 platforms and annual output 150,000 sets. The mainline uses shuttle in Z coordinate with the purpose of saving transporting time and improving production capacity.

This line has a large cycle transport mode of roller bed GEO pallet. The whole line could achieve synchronous transmission, single station cycle time is 68s. GEO pallet has windmill switchover structure that could achieve switchover of 4-6 vehicle types, the mainline includes 47 stations.

This line has synchronous shuttle conveyor, 14 stations in total and 10 robots for re-welding. There is turnover and sliding mechanism in framing station, and parts are loaded by EMS in the side body line.

There is a total of 9 stations and 30 robots. This line has 4 face framer in framing and transported by SHUTTLE GEO pallet. The final cycle time could reach 76s.

This line has roller bed slid transmission, European type body structure and separate robot gripper framing.
